A Special Notice About Children

Impact of Other Technologies

Cookies and Other Similar Technologies

Our Web site uses cookie technology to improve the quality of your experience. Cookies are small files sent by a Web site and saved on your hard disk. They store information that a Web site may need to personalize your experience and gather Web site statistical data.

The Company contracts with a third party to maintain and host the Web site. Therefore, any information you submit, including personal information, will be placed and stored on a computer server maintained by this third-party host. The third party has agreed to implement technology and security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of your personal information from unauthorized access or improper use.

The Company does not provide the technologies used to build the Web site, and therefore neither recommends nor endorses the same. Any information regarding identified technologies, including their capabilities, limitations, and applications, should be sought directly from their manufacturers. The Company hereby disclaims any rights to trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, copyrights, patents, domain names, or other intellectual property interests of third parties.

International Visitors to the Web Site

Our Web site is operated and managed on servers located and operated within the United States. By visiting and using our Web site, residents and citizens of countries and jurisdictions outside the United States understand and consent to the transfer, processing, and sharing of information about yourself to a company in the United States. You understand that the privacy laws of the United States may not be as comprehensive as those in your country or jurisdiction, and you agree and consent to the transfer of your personal information to us. We may store and process your personal information in the United States or abroad.

No commercial method of information transfer over the Internet or electronic data storage is one hundred percent secure. Actions You Can Take

Correcting Your Information

If you believe that any of your personal information is incorrect, or has been changed since your registration at the Web site, please log in to your personal account with our Company to make corrections or send us a written letter at the postal address below, and in your communication please include any relevant confirmation or reference number. We do not recommend you send an e-mail message to explain the correction or change because e-mail is considered a nonencrypted (and therefore nonsecure) form of communication, and it can be accessed and viewed by others without your knowledge and permission.
